1. About Truedoit

Truedoit is a web-based productivity and management tool designed for freelancers. It helps users manage tasks, clients, projects, and invoices all in one place. The platform is currently free to use but may introduce paid subscription plans in the future.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Truedoit. By using this platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access Truedoit, users must register for an account. Registration can be completed through Google Login or other methods introduced in the future.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@truedoit.com.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Truedoit only for lawful freelance and business management activities. You shall not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or copy any part of Truedoit.
• Misuse or share other users’ data.
• Create multiple fake accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if suspicious or abusive behavior is detected.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

Your data (tasks, clients, invoices, etc.) is securely stored in our managed MySQL and Django databases.

We do not sell user data. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy (to be linked once created).

Users can request deletion of their data anytime by contacting support@truedoit.com.

6. Third-Party Services

Truedoit currently uses Google Login for authentication. By using this feature, you also agree to Google’s respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Payments and Future Plans

At present, Truedoit is free to use.

In the future, we may offer Pro or Paid subscription plans for additional features. All payment details, if introduced, will be securely processed through verified third-party payment gateways.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since Truedoit currently offers free access, refunds are not applicable.

When paid plans are introduced, users will be able to cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Refunds for paid plans will follow our future Refund Policy, which will be published before any payment options go live.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software associated with Truedoit are owned by Truedoit Tool. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Truedoit is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the platform will always function uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any data loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Truedoit Tool be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Truedoit after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
