At Truedoit, we want our users to feel confident and comfortable using our platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Free Access Period

  • Truedoit offers free access for the first 9 months to all users.
  • During this free period:
    • No payment details are required.
    • No charges will be made.
    • You may cancel or stop using Truedoit at any time without obligation.

2. Paid Subscription Plans (After Free Period)

After the free period ends, users may choose to continue using Truedoit with one of the following plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $3.99 per month
  • Yearly Plan: $3 per year

Subscriptions are optional and activated only if you choose to upgrade.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Once cancelled:
    • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No further charges will be applied.
    • Cancellation does not delete your account or data unless you explicitly request account deletion.

4. Refund Policy

  • Since Truedoit offers a 9-month free access period, refunds are generally not applicable during this time.
  • For paid subscriptions:
    • Monthly Plan: Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
    • Yearly Plan: Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of purchase.
    • No refunds will be provided for partial usage, unused time, or missed cancellations.

5. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, access to premium features may be temporarily restricted.
  • We may retry the payment or notify you to update your payment method.
  • You can downgrade to the free plan (if available) at any time.

6. Changes to Pricing or Policy

  • Truedoit reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or this policy.
  • Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.
